00008 Driver
I ve recently last day, or so experienced the same problem
Plug in the head-set, and: USB Device Not recognized. I have unplugged it, plugged it BACK in, installed it manually, UNinstalled it and done everyting humanly viable to do a force detect.
Same exact problem as every other person posting about this headset It seems like it either works greatly a wholly awesome product or none, what-so-ever Uhm NOT so great.
The problem that I have is that if so many people are having this issue, why are they all being forwarded to Contact Customer Support. Why not just address the problem. Post a tech-sheet, or SOMETHING. I mean, geez. This head-set isn t very old, so it ISN T like the technology went out of date.
Don t get me wrong, I lof the company and have used lots and LOTS of their products, over time, but this is rediculous, to have people complain about the exact same proble, time and time, again.
Comtacting customer support is just going to lead to the end-user having to pay MORE for a product that they paid for once.
Oh, and BTW: This product works worked. perfectly FINE on Windows7, Enterprise.64 unlike it s product page would elude to.
So sure: As long as I m not going to get the same, cookie-cutter-styled response of, Device is defective/ malfunctioned. Which, from the sound of it, they ALL are. Please contact customer support, please, by all means, respond.
Otherwise, leave this post, as it sits.
At least the other users of this product will be able to share their negative responses and/ or know they re not alone, in their struggles.
